Starlite started its operations 22 years ago, with its first vessel “M/V Starlite Ferry”. Starlite Ferry, Inc. began at the time when trade and commerce in Mindoro started to flourish. M/V Starlite Ferry served Calapan to Batangas route which then had daily average passenger traffic of 10,000 people and an average vehicle count of 1500 to 2000 units. Guidelines and Policies

Make sure to exchange the printed e-ticket to Starlite’s actual ticket. Go to Starlite Ferries Inc. ticketing booth at least 3 hours before departure. Their staff will exchange your printed itinerary with an actual ticket.

Rebooking Surcharges

Rebooking surcharge fees may apply before departure; Re-booking request made after departure will not be acknowledged or guaranteed.

Refund Policy / Surcharges fees

Ticket Expiry from date of departure: 1 YEAR
Refund surcharge fees may apply before departure; Refund requests made After Departure will not be acknowledged or guaranteed.

In the instance that the trip is canceled due to weather conditions and/or preventive maintenance, full refund will be applied. Only the base fare is refundable (Full Refund). Other fees such as service fee and web admin fee are non-refundable under any circumstances. For a round trip ticket, if the departure trip was canceled and the passenger wishes to cancel the return trip as well, a full refund will be issued. However, to waive the surcharges for the return trip, Barkota will coordinate with the shipping company.
