NEW NORMAL TRAVEL GUIDELINES

1.) Passengers must comply with all the above-mentioned requirements prior to check-in.

2.) All documents must be presented to Phil. Coast Guard (PCG) Tinago substation located at Pier 4, Cebu City for approval and stamping. Make sure that all documents are signed an stamped by PCG.

3.) One (1) set of the photocopied documents must be surrendered during check-in.

4.) Proceed to passenger check-in terminal at Pier 3 Cebu City at least two (2) hours before departure.

5.) Body temperature will be checked and those showing flu-like symptoms may be denied for check-in and boarding.

Note:
Passengers will still need to pay for terminal fee at Passenger Check-in Terminal except for originating Cebu travel. Amount of terminal fee may vary depending on port location.

Please be informed that the estimated arrival time of the following trips of Trans-Asia Shipping Lines has changed due to stopovers. Please notify your passengers regarding time arrival and also advise them to bring their own food since the vessel's canteen will be unavailable for meal service:

  • Cebu-Cagayan (Every Monday ETD 8:00 PM- ETA: 2PM)
    -Stop over to Tagbilaran
  • Cebu-Iligan (Mon/Wed/Fri ETD 7:00 PM- ETA: 4PM)
    -Stop over to Ozamiz
