2GO, formally 2GO Travel, is a passenger ferry company which is based in Manila, Philippines and part of 2GO Group, a listed company owned by the Chinese government through the China-Asean Investment Cooperation Fund. It is the largest ferry company in the Philippines with its main hub located in Pier 4 at the Manila North Harbor.

Guidelines and Policies

Boarding Time. Passengers with Cargo or Checked Baggage must be at the terminal at least four (4) hours before the scheduled departure time of the boat.

Boarding: Boarding gates will be strictly closed 30 minutes before departure time; Those who cannot check-in 30 minutes before departure will be refused boarding. Thus, passengers are advised to be at the terminal at least an hour before the indicated departure time to avoid inconvenience.

For passengers with rolling cargo, please book your rolling separately, this e-ticket will not guarantee a slot availability for rolling.

Rebooking Surcharges

Rebooking Surcharge fees :Before Departure. P100.00 + 12% VAT + Service Fee
After Departure. P200.00 + 12% Vat +(NO SHOW FEE + 12% VAT) + Service Fee

Refund Policy / Surcharges fees

Ticket Expiry from date of departure : 2 month
Refund Surcharges Fee: Before Departure: P200.00 + 12% VAT
After Departure: P300.00 + 12 % VAT + NO SHOW FEE + 12% VAT

In light of the Enhanced Community Quarantine ( ECQ ) restriction within NCR Plus, here are the latest guidelines for reference:

1. Only essential travel (APOR) is allowed.

2. Voyages of 2GO wil continue to operate.

3.50% of the passenger capacity of the vessel is allowed.

4. Coordinate with LGU ( origin at destination ) for latest requirements.
