

Rebooking
For reasons that the trip is cancelled outside the scope of the passengers' capability, a FULL ticket refund will be given to the passenger up to seven (7) days after the date of travel.
When the reason the passenger was not able to board the trip is the passenger's fault, he/she CANNOT refund the ticket and must purchase a new ticket to ride another vessel. If for any reason the passenger do not wish to ride his/her selected vessel anymore, provided that the vessel hasn't departed yet, the ticketing office will issue a refund for the passengers with service charge of the following:
Executive ticket - 50% service charge (only 50% of the amount will be returned to the passenger)
Economy ticket - 30% service charge (only 70% of the amount will be returned to the passenger)
In the event of trip cancellation, passengers of the cancelled trip(s) will have to rebook for the next available trip that can accommodate them. The company shall not be responsible for personal losses due to cancellations/delays because of unforeseen events.

Ticket Validity
Ticket is valid for travel on the actual date, specific time, and destination. If passenger missed his/her scheduled trip for reasons not attributable to the company or due to a fortuitous event, the ticket will no longer be valid. Any form of alterations made on the ticket is invalid. (Example, missing inspector's copy)
Boarding Requirements
Passenger must be on-board 1 hour before the scheduled departure. Passenger must present the TICKET WITH BOARDING PASS which will undergo the scanning system upon entrance to the vessel.
"NO TICKET WITH BOARDING PASS, NO TRAVEL" policy will be strictly implemented. Lost tickets are good as cash.
Excess Baggage Policy or Luggage and Carry-on Guidelines
Each passenger is given a baggage allowance of (2) HAND CARRIED BAGGAGE. Excess items will be subject to freight charges. The passenger assumes full responsibility for all hand carry baggage.
The company reserves the right to refuse accommodation of any passenger for valid reasons. Explosives, flammable or obnoxious substance are prohibited.
