ROLLING CARGO MANUAL

STEP 1

Click on the Vehicle menu. Tick off the Has Preferred Shipping Line, if you need to choose a specific shipping company. Choose Itinerary then choose either Category or Brand for your cargo details.

If it is accompanied with driver, tick off the With Driver option. Then enter number of passengers. Click Cargo Trips button to continue.

STEP 2

Choose your preferred schedule and accommodation. Then click Select. Summary of the booking will be shown on the right. Click Continue.

Enter the required data in the Shipper Information, Consignee Information, and Passenger Details field. Then click Continue.

Please note that the driver of the vehicle must be the same person mentioned in the Shipper, Consignee, and Passenger sections

STEP 4

Choose your payment mode. Discounts for minor, student and senior are not available in the online booking service.

Check your trip summary then click Confirm and Continue. A confirmation box with stated conditions should appear.

Click each checkbox, then click Submit Now button.

You will then be directed to the screen respective to your chosen payment channel and/or a payment guideline page will be shown, depending on the chosen payment mode.

Once you have processed and confirmed your payment, a copy of your passenger e-ticket and bill of lading voucher will be sent to your email.
