CHECK-IN TIME, Passenger must check-in 30 minutes before published departure time. Beyond this period, the carrier may refuse to board the passenger unless allowed by the Philippine Coast Guard under special circumstances.

Safety is a continuous cycle. Following the memorandum released by the Department of Transportation (DOTr), Jomalia Shipping Corporation will be implementing the Mandatory Wearing of Face Shield for All Passengers particularly on board passenger vessels starting Friday, August 7, 2020. Please be guided accordingly.
