F.F. CRUZ SHIPPING CORPORATION (FFCSC) is a domestic shipping company incorporated in 1996 and is based in Barangay Loboc, Lapuz, Lapaz, Iloilo City.It primarily offers ferry RORO service to passengers going to and from Iloilo and Guimaras vice versa routes. It also provides other services such as allied-port and shipyard, ship repair such as tramping, cargo handling & forwarding services, tug assistance, ship repair & maintenance, among others.

Guidelines and Policies

1.To avoid any inconvenience, passengers are encouraged to arrive at the seaport terminal at least one (1) hour prior to departure.
2.Failure to comply with the necessary documentation shall result in boarding delays.
3.The stub copies sent to FF Cruz Shipping’s office shall be marked by the system for boarding confirmation.
4.Passage ticket is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of its issuance.
Bill of Lading is valid for seven (7) days from the date of its issuance.

Rebooking Surcharges

Ticket Expiry from date of departure : 1 month / Surcharge Fee is not applicable

Refund Policy

Ticket is non-refundable.
