Guidelines and Policies

Baggage Allowance. Each passenger is allowed to carry two (2) two pieces hand carried baggage with a total weight of 15 kg and a maximum dimension of 20 cm W x 40 cm (L) x 60 cm (H). Additional 15php per Kilogram will be charge for the succeeding weight with a maximum of 25kg per passenger.

A NO SHOW Fee will be charged for refunded and/or revalidated tickets after vessel departure.

Rebooking and Refund of ticket due to CANCELLED or DELAYED voyages are NOT subject to surcharge.

For tickets purchased on ticket outlets/agents – service fee is non-refundable.

Rebooking Surcharges

Rebooking Surcharge fees :

Before Vessel Departure – Php 10 charge + Fare Difference (if Applicable).
After Vessel Departure – 10% Charge to the total amount of the ticket shall be given to the passenger + Fare Difference(if applicable).

Refund Policy / Surcharges fees

Ticket Expiry from date of departure : 1 month

 

Refund Surcharges Fee:

Before Vessel Departure – 10% charge to the total amount of the ticket shall be given to the passenger.
After Vessel Departure – 20% charge to the total amount of the ticket shall be given to the passenger.
