TICKET VALIDITY
Tickets are valid for 30 days upon booking.
BOARDING REQUIREMENTS
Passengers may proceed directly to the boarding area and present their printed or screenshot e-ticket/voucher to the boarding team for verification. Once verified, they will be cleared for boarding.
Passengers who require an Official Receipt (OR) may proceed to the ticketing office to claim it. A printed voucher is required for the teller to attach to the OR.
